Tour Plan
1
Day 1
- Arrival in Colombo / Negombo
- Meet & greet at Bandaranaike International Airport.
- Visit Munneswaram Temple, where Lord Rama prayed to Lord Shiva after defeating Ravana.
- Proceed to Manavari Temple, the first lingam consecrated by Rama, known as Ramalingam.
- Overnight stay in Negombo / Chilaw.

Day 2
- Pinnawala / Kandy
- En route, stop at Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage (optional).
- Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa) in Kandy.
- Explore Kataragama Devalaya and sites linked to the Ramayana.
- Cultural show in the evening.
- Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 3
- Nuwara Eliya (Little England)
- Visit Sita Amman Temple at Seetha Eliya, believed to be the site where Sita was held captive.
- Explore Hakgala Botanical Gardens, thought to be the Ashok Vatika of the Ramayana.
- See Divurumpola Temple, where Sita underwent the Agni Pariksha (trial by fire).
- Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 4
- Nuwara Eliya / Ella / Kataragama
- Journey through the misty hills to Ella.
- Visit Ravana Falls and Ravana Cave, where Sita is said to have been hidden by Ravana.
- Continue to Kataragama Temple, dedicated to Lord Skanda, worshipped by Hindus and Buddhists alike.
- Overnight stay in Kataragama.

Day 5
- Kataragama / Colombo
- Proceed to Colombo.
- En route, visit Ussangoda, a coastal area linked to Ravana’s Pushpaka Vimana (aircraft landing site).
- Visit Rumassala Hill in Galle, believed to be part of the Himalayan mountain brought by Hanuman.
- Overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 6
- Colombo City Tour & Departure
- Explore Anjaneyar Temple in Colombo, the only temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman in Sri Lanka.
- City tour covering Independence Square, Galle Face, and shopping.
- Transfer to airport for departure with beautiful memories of the Ramayana Trail.
